Ostomy Clinic

The Ostomy Clinic is staffed with a full-time registered nurse certified in wound, ostomy and continence nursing. Services include evaluation, management and education of patients with abdominal stomas, wounds, fistulas, drains, pressure ulcers and incontinence. The Ostomy Clinic also serves inpatients with skin integrity issues, open wounds or new ostomies. Outpatient ostomy siting is also available. Other services include staff education, product trials and recommendations, and coordination of inpatient specialty support services to reduce friction and pressure.
