Diabetes & Nutrition Center

Within the Center a comprehensive program provides education and training to assist individuals with diabetes in developing self-management skills for use in controlling the disease. The program, which is recognized by the American Diabetes Association, includes a pre-assessment interview, small group classes, individual one-on-one education, four follow-up visits throughout the year, medical nutritional therapy and insulin pump management.

The Diabetes and Nutrition Center also offers a monthly support group for patients with diabetes and their families. For information about the next scheduled group, see our Calendar page.
